Revelation breathwork is a tool that helped me deepen my connection with myself. It was the foundation for me to change my coaching practice from solely talk therapy to having somatic experiences involved. If you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, trusting yourself or intuition, clarity of thought, need to release suppressed or repressed emotion this is a tool to engage in.
